|
Business Administration/Finance
Develop budgets, provide financial analysis and strategic plans. Provide general business administration support for the division.
- Assist in the analysis of costs and schedules pertaining to contracts requiring validated cost schedule control procedures
- Participate in the development of integrated program schedules and budget according to company program requirements, analysis of variances and help develop correct action plans
- Perform analysis and prepare reports for senior level review
- Participate in financial analysis such as funding profiles, sales outlook and variance analysis
Contract Administration
Assist in all activities concerned with contracts for sale of equipment, materials, products, or services.
- Prepare bids, proposals, process specifications, test and progress reports and other proposal or contractual documentation as required
- Coordinate work of sales and marketing departments with production and shipping departments to implement fulfillment of contracts
- Review bids, proposals and contracts for conformity to contract requirements
Production Control
Ensure key customer satisfaction, inventory and efficiency metrics are achieved through requirement planning and monitoring, material control and system data integrity.
- Communicate with purchasing and suppliers to ensure materials are delivered in line with production requirements
- Establish resource requirements and identify and resolve potential issues
- Assist with projects from a planning / material point of view
Subcontracts/Supply Chain Management
Act as an integral member of the Integrated Product Team (IPT), playing a key role in all subcontractor activity starting with the bid and proposal phase of a program through the subcontract close-out.
- Developing product-testing procedures
- Providing technical support to production personnel
- Preparing engineering change notices to incorporate changes into the production process
- Directing and coordinating fabrication and installation activities to ensure products and systems conform to specifications
