For equipment repairs, please follow the steps below:
- Please contact Norma Wachtel or Lisa Oracewski, designating:
- Point of Contact,
- Part #'s & Serial #'s of equipment
- Description of issues/problems experienced with the equipment.
- *All Government agencies are required to complete a PO or DD1149 prior to shipment*
- After this information is received, an RMA# and a return shipping label will be issued. Shipping labels can also be downloaded here.
