The Systems Engineering Group (SEG) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Telephonics Corporation.

They primarily support the U.S. Navy and the Missile Defense Agency. SEG engineers provide analysis of adversary ballistic missile characteristics, which are used in the design and development of defensive systems to protect the United States and its allies.

SEG provides research and development and systems engineering support to the Navy as well, for its most advanced shipboard radar systems.

Additionally, SEG provides engineering and software development support for Telephonics' radar product lines.
