  • Telephonics Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Griffon Corporation (NYSE:GFF), announced today it is hosting an Economic Development Summit at its Technical Support Services Center in Elizabeth City, North Carolina on April 13, 2012. Congressman G. K. Telephonics’ Elizabeth City, NC facility has become an integral part of economic development in the area, contributing to job creation. “We see tremendous opportunities to continue the economic development of Elizabeth City and Pasquotank County, to mentor Aviation Sciences candidates, and to grow the aviation industry in that local area”, said Joseph Battaglia, President and Chief Executive Officer of Telephonics.
