Press Releases on April 04, 2013

  • Telephonics Corporation (Telephonics), a wholly owned subsidiary of Griffon Corporation (NYSE:GFF), announced today that it has been awarded a $5.4 Million contract from the Government of Israel Ministry of Defense to supply their AN/UPX-44A Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) Interrogator, including integration and sustainment support, on Israeli Navy vessels.

The AN/UPX-44A provides the Israeli Navy with a command and control battle management system with unprecedented surveillance capability.
